Appla is looking for part-time and full-time customer-oriented service representatives for its operations.
We are an e-Commerce company based in Larnaca, aiming to help young individuals (and university/college students), to get experience in the e-Commerce industry.

What does a Customer Service Representative do?
A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer and store accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
We aim to provide excellent customer support service, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage with customers
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative is a plus
- Ability to work in shifts at least 3 times per week
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, Russian is a plus
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
