What does a Sales Manager?
Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for our sales operation. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department.
- Promoting the company’s services to prospective strategic clients
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Collaborates with the management to reach prospective clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to Communicate Client Needs with Staff
